Just incase video isn't your your thing or you were somehow unable to see motion pictures, we have some still shots that some friends from san jose sent to us. take a peek and relive the glory, or see what you missed out on.

kev looking oh so serious.

between matt and jeremy there's more beard in Lakes in '09 the in the previous 5 years combined.

this is the part of the show where kev and jake express their love for each other by blowing kisses to one another. very moving.

told you.

that's the sweet camera that kev recorded the sweet videos on. in case you didn't know, kev is amazing.

well, things are getting a little crazy here at lakes headquarters. there's gonna be some news to report coming soon, and don't worry, the album hasn't been forgotten. it is still being worked on maybe even as i type this....and we got a couple of shows coming up: January 21st, 8pm at Hotel Cafe in Hollywood with Tim Meyers and Josh Kelley, and January 29th in San Luis Obispo at Downtown Brew with the Honey Trees and Tim Meyers. There will be new songs played for sure. So come get your fix at a show. We'd love to see you guys there.

Hey guys,

I really like your music but all I've got are these three songs that you released via MySpace: Indian Lover, Love or Gain, and Photographs. I can't get your EP in Australia and from what I hear you don't even have any copies available right now so it would cost in excess of $30 just to get two songs which is ridiculous.

So basically, please release a new full album; and distribute to Australia. :D

Hey Lakes,

continue the great work. I live in Montreal, so I won't be able to see you soon i guess ! But still, I check this site everyday in case of a new vid or any new information about an upcoming album !

Hope everything is great in the tour and in the record session ! It would be awesome if you could release "Broadland" and "The ghost and the man" one day, I can't wait !

Again, keep it up guys, you are doing marvellous work. Wish I could see you one day !
